    Twenty five years of experience in facility management for educational campuses and change management for IT network infrastructure upgrades, has honed Kurt’s natural abilities for troubleshooting problems, addressing challenges, and managing maintenance and construction projects.

  • Tracy Gronewold

    VP of Operations

    Coming from the defense and technology industries, Tracy has led teams to success in contract execution, logistics, and export compliance. Her work has included public policy engagement, and work with tech product and business development teams.

    VP of Agriculture

    In addition to twenty years of hands on experience on a farm growing soybeans, corn, and other crops, Larry also has ten years of experience as a machine worker and tooling expert. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Agriculture from the University of Minnesota.
